Snag Films an online distribution network for documentaries struck a $10 million dollar deal Monday to expand its digital network which includes a division for foreign produced independent films.
Bingham Ray, former president of United Artists, will help shape the group into this new market.

Reminder: the San Francisco Latino Film Festival’s call for film entries is now live and open to films made by or about Latinos from the U.S. and abroad.
